                                                 ~Reunited Friends~

Noroi sighed, looking up to the night sky, sighing at the milky moon, pushing the hair from his face and staring. He felt something click in his heart and soul, yet it didn't make itself clear upon himself sighing and growling a bit. He felt as if he hated Noir, but the dog-like humanoid could push him back into the underworld, where he would burn longer and never see Autumn Leaf again, and he disliked that taste in the twisted game of fate he now played. He looked to the temple. What was once warming in the sun was now cooling in the night. He entered it and witnessed something move in the dark of night. Growling and unsheathing his claws, he prepared for an attack, but was instead met with a squeak. He gasped and pulled his claws back, kneeling down and removing a white brick that lay on top of an injured and dirtied Poochyena. He awed and picked the pup up, dusting off the dirt.
"Poor fella...Runt of the litter?" the pup squeaked in reply, Noroi holding it close and keeping it warm. The poor pup squeaked and licked at his hand, it still blind and deaf. He flopped his ears, holding it close.
"Who would leave you out here like this..? You poor thing..." he kissed it's wet nose, it opening it's blue-red eyes, it's golden pelt soon making itself noticeable in the moonlight. He smiled and held it close, the pup pushing it;s paws to his chest, licking Noroi's chin in happiness. Noroi smiled.
"Your name will be Kiba...My shining miracle...." the pup, not knowing a word he said, simply continued licking the chin of his new found owner.

Zircon sighed, the emptiness hitting her, looking to the shrine of the royals. Blizzard looked with her, rubbing her shoulders, kissing her cheek.
"I feel it too, Z. Me and Ultimate were just as good as friends as you and Aria." Zircon sighed again.
"Yeah, but Ultimate didn't die in your arms, did he?"
"N-No....but-"
"Just let me give my respects to my dead friend, okay?" she walked towards the shrine, Fluorescent sighing.
"She's been acting different...And for someone that killed my dad? Why?" Blizzard turned to her.
"Can you at least act sympathetic?" Florescent turned away, eyes closed, all to Blizzard's annoyance. Meanwhile, Zircon hesitated to open the gates. Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath, she pushed the stone doors open, head down, walking towards her friend's tombstone. She looked up, and gasped, dropping the flowers. For there, right in the light of the stained glass window on the shrine, stood Aria, looking over her grave with a smile. Zircon shook her head and wiped her eyes, making sure she wasn't hallucinating. She wasn't. Aria was there. Alive. In front of her very eyes.  She heard her angelic friend chuckle.
"It's so weird. Seeing my own coffin..." she chuckled lightly, Zircon picking the flowers back up and walking forward, yet slowly. Step after echoing step, Aria noticed her, but shrugged her off. Maybe she thought she was invisible? Zircon smiled and gulped.
"A-Aria..." the now snow white hedgehog didn't even flinch, the icist assuming that  Aria thought she was invisible. Smiling, she ran towards her glowing friend.
"Aria! You're alive!" Zircon ran and almost glomped Aria, trying tears of joy. Aria was just as surprised, yet kept her calm face.
"Z-Zircon..." the two friends hugged tightly, either crying or smiling. They were reunited at long last. Zircon leaned back and sniffled, some of the tears falling from her creamy cheeks.
"Why didn't you tell me you were alive?" Aria smiled.
"Because...If everyone knew I was alive, they'd want me back. And if I came back, I'd leave my planet at risk for attack. And being the First Guardian, that would mean I would have failed my job." Zircon laughed and ceased the waterworks, but still kept her rare smile, making Aria smile. Zircon hugged Aria again, Aria frowning and pulling back.
"You can't tell anyone I'm alive. You know the consequences..."
"Yeah..." they hugged again, and Aria pulled a bracelet from her pocket, slipping it on, Zircon instantly loosing sight of her.
"I only didn't wear it because no one usually comes here."
"I can understand. It's just that today was the anniversary in which we became friends so.." Aria awed and hugged the icist again, then releasing her, allowing her to walk back to Blizzard, leave the shrine, and see her shadow walk in the same steps Zircon was. For she was now the guardian of her secret, and she will protect it with her life, as her best friend and sister-in-law, it was safe with her. No matter what.

Anasta groaned, waking up to a small pain in her abdomen. She looked to the lump on her belly, rubbing it gently.
"Hi..." she felt a kick, chuckling.
"Be patient...It's only been a few days..." suddenly, however, something clicked, and she felt intense pain burn in her abdomen. She gulped, terrified. They weren't die for at least a week. Why were they arriving now? She squinted one eye shut in pain, shaking Karkat beside her.
"KK! K-K-KK!!" the mutant candy blooded troll awoke, instantly throwing a fit.
"WHAT THE HECK, ANA? I THOUGHT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME IN A WEEK!"
"Just help me!" Anasta demanded, azure tears pooling in her eyes.
"CAN'T WE CALL THE HOSPITAL!?" Anasta cried and screamed.
"There's no time!!" Karkat then immediately began to help Anasta birthing her grubs. When the painful battle was near the end, Karkat gulped and closed his eyes, taking a deep breath and looking to the wriggling grub.
"A girl..." Anasta smiled, but it melted away, her belly only deflating halfway. 'Twins!?' she mentally screamed. She was answered with another fiery pain in her abdomen and  she began pushing the second grub out. Karkat soon noticed a slight drawback, however; she was bleeding more than usual. Karkat, with a rising fear in his abdomen, continued aiding her in getting the grub out. He, at last, pulling it out minutes later, but Anasta continued bleeding. 'No. he mentally prayed, please don't die...'  however, Anasta seemed to get weaker as seconds passed, her grub taking their first breaths, but she hardly noticed, she staring off into space. Karkat got by her side, holding her close.
"ANA....N-NO..." Anasta looked to him, even her transparent eyes seemed pale of life. She smiled weakly.
"KK...Y-You know I love you....right...?" Karkat was crying candy red tears, holding Anasta's face close to his, his teardrops falling onto her pale skin.
"ANA...NO! YOU ARE *NOT* DYING HERE! I'LL GET HELP! PLEASE! JUST DON'T DIE!" Anasta smiled and kissed him, then relaxing back down onto his knee. Karkat sobbed, petting her hair. She just smiled and grazed her hand over his cheek, hushing him.
"KK...I'll be fine....I'll be...in your heart...." she petted it until her eyelids fell over her transparent eyes, her hand falling from Karkat's face, he catching it and feeling for a pulse, finding none. He gasped and sobbed, holding her dead body close, becoming a sobbing mess as the minutes flew by. Their grubs squeaked with all their breaths, but no tears could bring their mother back. Aria witnessed the scene, sighing. It had come to this. Switching her powers from Guardian-like to angelic, she approached Anasta and hugged her, grazed her face, and at last gave a reviving shock to her heart, she pumping more blood. She used the same magic to heal her wound of the birth, and again used the magic to make her glow; all to Karkat's surprise. While she was glowing, Aria sprouted wings from the azure-blood's back, which changed them from pixie to angel. With the glow slowly fading, Karkat could not be more amazed. Aria gave her troll friend one last hug before flying back to her home in the ozone layer. Anasta, meanwhile, opened her eyes and looked to Karkat's, smiling wide.
"K-KK...?"
"Ana!" the lovers hugged and kissed in the moonlight, eventually tending their newborn grubs, who were now delighted to have their mother return.

Early the next morning, Anasta awoke again to not pain, but joy as her two grubs were curled and asleep on her belly. She set them onto Karkat and walked to the room Aria and Ultimate used to sleep in. Going in, she went to the balcony and spread her new feathered wings. She wanted to try them out. Getting onto the balcony, she got onto the rail and leaped, spreading her wings, catching wind, and flying into the sky. It was as if she still had her pixie wings, but was now able to glide. She smiled and felt the wind gush against her ears, flying through the sky. However, a voice stopped her in her tracks.
"Anasta...?" it asked. She looked around, finding no one. Looking above, she gasped. Vriska. They met eyes, smiling, and tearing up.
"V-Vriska!"
"Ana!" Vriska descended to Anasta's altitude, cobalt tears pooling in her eyes. The moirails hugged tightly, crying their blood colors in tears. They, too, reunited. However, questions flooded Anasta's head. How had Vriska arrived here? Why was she here? However, these questions faded away, and were replaced with the warmth of her tears and the hug of her moirail. All while the sun rose over their heads, warming them both under it's creamy glow.
